The Learning Centre: Manifestos For Living is the trading of art for knowledge from members of the public. More specifically, in return, participants are offered a painting, by the artist, of a subject matter of their choice. The Learning Centre is a sincere inquiry into individuals approach to ways of life and the sorts of principles, objectives and knowledge we uphold in order to find or maintain meaning. The first Learning Centre:Manifestos for Living was staged in January, 2010 at Tin Sheds Gallery, Sydney.
