I am a visual artist, and my work draws on a grunge aesthetic using the everyday, the overlooked and the discarded. Graphics and advertising are a big influence - my dad was a commercial artist for advertising, TV and theatre.
I have been working on Gadigal land/Sydney since the early 2000’s and I was born in Naarm/Melbourne. I hold a BFA from UNSW and a Masters in Visual Art from University of Sydney researching the interconnections between performance and painting.
I have shown nationally and internationally primarily as a member of the art collective Barbara Cleveland (2008 – 2024). My works are held in various collections including the ABC, Sheila Foundation, Artbank, Museum of Contemporary Art and the Art Gallery of NSW.
